Extension Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

The extension processes the following information. The extension itself contains no analytics or tracking SDK.

• Your ClickWitch session cookie, to detect login state (clickwitch.ai only, read-only)
• Your prompt packs and reference images, loaded from your ClickWitch account to run them
• Result images generated in your ChatGPT session, read only to save them to your account
• Panel preferences — server URL, language, run mode (stored locally in your browser)
• Execution and save status, and operational diagnostics: operation identifiers, error types, and server error messages and stacks

2. Purpose

This information is used to run your own prompt packs, save results to your ClickWitch account, and diagnose and recover failures in those functions.

3. Transfer and retention

• Execution and save data moves between your browser, chatgpt.com (your own session), and ClickWitch services and storage over HTTPS.
• ClickWitch servers use Sentry for operational error diagnostics. Diagnostic events record technical information needed to identify failures, without separately attaching request bodies, account information, prompts, or images.
• Result images are stored in your ClickWitch account and can be deleted there.
• Local preferences are removed when you uninstall the extension.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We do not share information with third parties for purposes beyond providing execution, storage, and error diagnostics.
• We include no analytics or tracking scripts.
• We do not access cookies or browsing history from any site other than ClickWitch.

5. Limited Use

Our use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
