1. Controller

ClickWitch handles privacy requests at support@clickwitch.ai.

2. Information we process

We may process account details, authentication records, product and brand materials, images, prompts, workspace data, usage logs, error logs, and payment metadata such as Paddle transaction IDs, plans, payment status, and receipt information.

3. Purposes

• Account creation, login, and account management
• Workspace, prompt pack, and result-management features
• Plan management, payment status checks, support, and refund handling
• Security, incident response, abuse prevention, and service improvement
• Legal compliance and dispute handling

4. Retention

We delete personal information when the processing purpose is complete, the account is closed, or the service ends, unless retention is required by law or reasonably needed for dispute handling.

5. Vendors and international processing

We may use vendors for hosting, databases, file storage, authentication, payments, analytics, and error monitoring. When Paddle checkout is enabled, payment data is processed by Paddle and ClickWitch does not directly store full card numbers.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting support@clickwitch.ai. We may verify your identity before responding.
