Terms of Service

1. Service provider

ClickWitch is provided by HAES. It is a SaaS service that provides prompt packs, source and preset management, and workspace features for Product Detail Page production.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must create an account with authority for yourself or your organization and keep login credentials secure.

You may not upload materials or use outputs in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, marketplace policies, or platform rules.

3. Paid services and payment

Paid plans are provided according to the price, scope, and billing period shown on the website. The initial plan is $19 / month, billed in USD.

When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle may collect payment details, authorize transactions, issue receipts, and handle applicable tax processing.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Paid access remains available until the end of the already paid billing period. If a refund or chargeback is approved for a payment, paid access for that payment may end immediately.

4. Inputs, outputs, and rights

You or your authorized licensors retain rights to product data, brand assets, images, copy, and other materials you submit.

ClickWitch outputs are production assistance materials. You are responsible for checking factual claims, advertising compliance, and intellectual property clearance before publication.

5. Service changes and limits

We may change or limit parts of the service for operations, security, compliance, or product improvement. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email.
